Marketing Generalist
Draper, Inc.
has an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Generalist.
Work hours will be 8 a.
m.
to 5 p.
m.
Monday through Friday.
Essential Functions:
Email marketing:
Plan, create, and send email announcements to Draper contact lists.
Prepare and update those lists through selection in our CRM database.
Use campaign or journey approach as appropriate.
Pull and share reports on each campaign, and tabulate campaign results in marketing dashboard.
Email signatures and banner ads:
Create email signature campaigns to be embedded in sales team Outlook messages as required.
Set up employees in the email signature program and onboard them.
Create banner ads for our marketing campaigns as needed.
Maintenance of all Draper Wordpress websites:
Manage design, structure, and content of Draper Wordpress sites, and create new sites if required.
Integrate the Wordpress sites with the main company sites.
Three sites are currently being maintained.
Contact maintenance:
Manage employee data for customer-facing employees.
Set up accounts for email signature, request site, add to website, set territories, maintain contact maps and lists, order nameplates and business cards as required.
Coordinate Google Analytics reporting and tabulation of marketing campaign results.
Collect monthly reports on website traffic, and track data documenting the success of campaigns.
Post in marketing dashboard or Sharepoint as required.
This will be a shared responsibility.
Social media support.
Shared responsibility for company social media pages and content, potentially including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and others.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Design, message, and data management.
Strong writing and creative skills.
HTML and other coding languages, Wordpress, Canva, Excel, and analytic tools.
Adobe Creative Cloud, primarily Photoshop and Indesign.
Bachelor's degree, relevant experience, and portfolio are preferred.
